We've talked before about trading between the high tech Fringeworthy and another world but this is an opportunity to add to the Bureau 13 lore and also talk about trading Tech for Magic.  Both Fringeworthy and Bureau 13 world are high tech but in different ways.  That's what's makes the deal so interesting.
