When we released the D20 Modern edition of Bureau 13, we included a number of NPC's from the Second World Sourcebook which was OGL.  Now we'll tell you how to use the entire OGL portion of the supplement in your Bureau 13 campaign.

Can the Fringeworthy rescue him? What sort of problems will get in the way? And what about a certain consultuing detective? Adventure awaits!
